Return Policy

Your complete satisfaction is my goal. Please read the following carefully to ensure a quick and hassle-free resolution to any issues that may arise with your purchase.

If an item arrives with obvious and significant damage to the outer packaging, please refuse delivery and contact me immediately.

If you were not available to accept delivery, and you find that an item with obvious and significant damage to the outer packaging was delivered, please do not open it. Photograph the package to the best of your ability and contact me within three (3) days.

When you open your package, depending on the print medium you have chosen, you will find several different layers of protection (plastic wrap, foam, cardboard, bubble wrap, etc.). Please remove these protective layers carefully and set them aside until you have an opportunity to inspect your artwork.

In the unlikely event that your new artwork arrives damaged despite the packaging being intact, please notify me within three (3) days and I will send you return instructions. You will be required to repackage the artwork using the original packaging materials. Once I have received and inspected your return and verified the damage, I will ship you a replacement.

In the unlikely event that your new artwork simply does not meet your expectations, please notify me within three (3) days of receipt and I will send you return instructions. You will be required to repackage the artwork using the original packaging materials. Once I have received and inspected your return and verified that it is in its original condition, I will refund the purchase price of the product. Original shipping charges will not be refunded, and return shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
