Cinnamon Teal Duck - Ready to Hang Metal Print

In Yellowstone National Park, about 12 miles north Old Faithful, there's a little road called Fountain Flat Drive that's follows the Firehole River back to Ojo Caliente and the other "River Group" thermal features. Just after turning onto the Drive, there is a small seasonal pond where this breeding male Cinnamon Teal was feeding (and presumably protecting a nest hidden in nearby cover). I shot this in early June - it's amazing to think that just a few short weeks later both the duck and the pond would be gone.
